Creating an Anti-Harassment Policy for Workplace Sexual Discrimination

Harassment in the workplace can bring lawsuits, lower morale, decrease productivity, and increase employee turnover. Therefore, it is imperative that modern organizations offer inclusionary work environments where all employees are treated equitably professionally every interaction, regardless of their gender. Each has right to perform his/her expertise passion a professional organizational culture promotes equal employment opportunities while prohibiting forms harassment illegal discrimination. The methodology used this paper based on personal experiences two active human resource professionals along with an assessment best practices anti-harassment policies. While there many papers dealing literature recommendations, very few published practical policies for integration workplace. As such, paper, we explore importance policy regarding sexual discrimination through example. Consequently, understanding harassment, reporting it, effectively handling such allegations presented. We recommend various necessary components example how be legally written documented.
